About this Gig
You will get valuable advice and insights about the execution efficiency, and internal control enhancement on existing business processes of your start-up business, including but not limited to revenue recognition, receivables management, expenses and payments, and treasury management processes. Weaknesses in those processes that affect the monetization rate and profitability of the business will be identified.
The documentation on selected business processes will be reviewed for internal control and future scrutiny by different stakeholders.
With my 10-year plus experience in business advisory and mangagement consulting over different industry sectors, and my knowledge in international business landscape and regulations, my recommedations on business processes will help build your business and reach the next level of growth.

Is it required to complete Know-Your-Client procedures at the start of the engagement?
Yes. Your identity needs to be verified, including but not limited to, (1) sighting of your ID document (e.g. passport), and (2) the latest residential address proof (e.g. utility bill). Your basic contact details and your country(ies)/ jurisdiction(s) of residence will be needed as well.
Is financial forecasting or capital budgeting included?
No. They are charged separately.
What if the recommendations from the advisor did not work?
If this happens, you should review if all the necessary steps are taken to implement those recommendations to achieve the expected objectives. You should also consider the macroeconomic changes and changes in circumstances specific to your business, which may lead to unexpected shortcomings.
What should I expect on the format of the final deliverables?
An analysis of existing business processes, and our recommedations for enhancing the efficiency and/or internal control effectiveness will be delivered in the form of presentation slides. Delivery in a formal report format will be additionally charged.
Does the price include delivery of a hard copy?
No. The price only includes the provision of an electronic copy of the final deliverables.
