Is it required to complete Know-Your-Client procedures at the start of the engagement?
Yes. Your identity needs to be verified, including but not limited to, (1) sighting of your ID document (e.g. passport), and (2) the latest residential address proof (e.g. utility bill). Your basic contact details and your country(ies)/ jurisdiction(s) of residence will be needed as well.
Does the price include the incorporation or winding up of entities?
No. Any fees and charges in connection with the preparation and filing of documents for the incorporation or winding up of entities are not included. These fees and charges arising from these services will be quoted separately.
Does the price include delivery of a hard copy?
No. The price only includes the provision of an electronic copy of the final deliverables.
What should I expect on the format of the final deliverables?
An analysis of the types of legal structures available, and the legal and tax implications of such structures, based on your residence status in the relevant countries/ jurisdictions, will be delivered in the form of a report or presentation slides.
