It depends on your goals. WordPress is better for businesses that want full flexibility, custom functionality, and long-term scalability it powers 43% of all websites worldwide. Wix is ideal if you want a simpler editing experience and don’t plan on complex customization. Message us before ordering
What information do I need to provide before you start?
After ordering, we send a short project brief covering: business name, target audience, colours, fonts, logo, content & example sites you like. The more detail you provide, the faster & better your result.
Will my website work perfectly on mobile and tablets?
Every website we build is fully tested across phones, tablets, laptops & desktops before delivery. With 60%+ of web traffic on mobile, we treat mobile-first design as a standard not an optional extra.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes redesigns are one of our most requested services. We can redesign any existing WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or other platform site. Just mention it's a redesign when ordering and share your current URL.
Do you provide content, text and images?
Please provide your own text & brand images for best results. If you don't have images, we'll source high-quality stock photography at no extra cost. Copy-writing is available as a paid add-on message us.
Will I be able to edit my website after delivery?
Yes. We build every site so you can update text, images & blog posts without coding. On Standard & Premium packages, we also provide a short video walk through so you can manage your site with confidence.
What does responsive mean?
Responsive mean the website will be fully compatible to all mobile devices and adjust itself according to the screen size. Sometimes i do use premium themes and apps necessary to add some functionality and if you want to register you can purchase the licenses of themes, plugins from the 3rd party
Do you offer hosting or domain registration?
We don't sell hosting/domains but guide you to the best options. We'll connect everything.
How do revisions work?
We build on our internal staging server and share a live preview link once the layout is ready. Review it, send all feedback in one message, and we'll action everything together. 100% satisfaction before migrating to your domain & hosting
What happens after delivery can I still reach you?
Basic: 5 days post-delivery support. Standard: 7 days. Premium: 10 days. After the window, we're still available many clients have worked with us for 3–5+ years. Just message us whenever you need help.
