I’ve been there and I know how stressful that is.. If you are on a weekly/monthly package, you can ping me directly for urgent pre-stream fixes so we can get your setup back on track as fast as possible.
Do I need to share any passwords with you?
Hell no! For security reasons, you never need to share personal passwords. For Discord, you just give my account manager roles. For OBS/PC fixes, we work via screen share or remote support software.
