FAQ
Why do you ask clients to contact you before ordering?
To make sure the service is the right fit for your goals, budget, and current setup. This avoids misunderstandings and helps us get better results together.
What do you need to get started?
You need a Facebook Page, a Facebook Business Manager, and an Ad Account. After the order, I'll send clear instructions on how to add me as a partner. If you don't have these set up yet, I can help with setup as an additional service.
Do you Install Meta pixel?
Yes, on your WordPress, Wix, or Shopify website, I can install the Meta pixel, but if you have a custom HTML (non-CMS) site, you need to hire a developer to do so.
Is ad spend included in your packages?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta using your own payment method and is not included in my fee.
Can you guarantee sales, leads, or ROAS?
No. Results depend on your offer, website, pricing, audience, and budget. What I guarantee is a correctly structured setup, proper tracking, and transparent communication throughout.
Do you write ad copy and create ad creatives?
Ad copy is included in all packages. Your ads will be made in Canva using your provided images. Additional ads and creatives are available as extras.
Do you create video ads?
No, I don't. You have to provide your videos. I can send you the required aspect ratios & resolutions, and technical specifications too.
Are there any industries you don't work with?
I don't work with misleading, deceptive, or prohibited products and services that violate Meta or Google advertising policies.
What happens if my ad account or Business Manager gets restricted or disabled?
Account restrictions are controlled entirely by Meta's automated systems. I'll provide guidance and support, but the account owner must submit reviews and appeals.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing my service, you acknowledge that I'm not responsible for issues unrelated to my service, including account blocks, platform glitches, or consequences of past actions on your account. If you have any questions, please message me before ordering.
