How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after I receive the product (if applicable) and all brand details. Need it sooner? Rush delivery may be available—just message me first.
Do I need to send you a product?
If your content requires physical use or demonstration, yes, the product must be shipped to me. Delivery timelines begin once the product arrives. Digital products or app-based services do not require shipping.
Are revisions included?
One round of revisions is included for minor adjustments (tone, pacing, on-screen text). Revisions do not include reshoots due to changes in direction or new information provided after delivery.
Can I receive the raw footage?
Raw footage is not included by default but can be added as an extra. Raw clips are unedited and delivered as-is.
