Ready to take the plunge and get some constructive feedback on your manuscript? Want an honest opinion on what is working and what isn't? Curious if your humor reads funny or if your murder mystery is suspenseful enough?
We are avid readers of most things fiction with years of teaching, editing, beta experience. We have joined forces to provide a mother-daughter beta team to offer you a unique service.
We include inline commentary throughout the manuscript regarding: plot, characters, pacing, setting, etc. We will also let you know when passages read rough or fluidly, things we loved and those parts that missed the mark.
A follow up overall report will give a larger impression of your work hitting the big picture items: strength of intro, major plot holes, character relevance, any questions we have, and what works best in your writing.
We are accepting fiction reads. Our favorite genres are Romance (all subs), Suspense, YA, NA, Mystery, Cozies, and Fantasy.
Feel free to contact us if your piece is shorter or longer; we have other packages.

What if my word count is longer than you have listed?
We are open to novels of all lengths. Please message us with your genre and word count and we'll send you a custom offer.
How do the subscriptions work?
These can be used in different ways depending on your writing needs. Some writers send us their work in sections, several chapters at a time. Others are working on a series, and some just want us to help them through revision stages. Subscriptions work well in each of these situations.
