What file types do you accept?
I accept PDF files in any format — including digital PDFs, scanned documents, and image-based files. If your files are in JPG or PNG format, please mention this when placing your order.

My documents have unusual layouts or mixed formats — is that okay?
Mixed formats and complex layouts are supported in the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package, documents should be in a reasonably consistent format. If you're unsure, message me before ordering and I'll let you know.
What exactly do I need to provide when placing my order?
Just three things: (1) your PDF files, (2) the field names you want extracted (e.g. date, total amount, vendor name), and (3) your preferred date format. Everything is collected through the order requirements form — no need to message me first.
