I will provide exterior renderings based on given/existing floor plans and site development plan, softcopy or hand-drawn.

General Pricing Method: Pricing depends on the covered surface area of the elevation(s) to be rendered, regardless the number of stories.

[S.A. = n (h) x (w) + roof area]

[n=number of story, h=FFL-FFL height, w=longest width]

• Basic (S.A. 50 sqm.) ex: 1 (3.0m) x 10m = 30 sqm.
• Standard (S.A. 150 sqm.) ex: 3 (3.0m) x 15m = 135 sqm.
• Advanced (S.A. 300 sqm.) ex: 5 (3.5m) x 12m = 210 sqm.

Requirements:

1. All dimensions for the area to be modeled shall be provided by the client.
2. Initial chosen angle (e.g. 1 aerial, 1 man's eye: front-left)
3. Inspiration pictures
4. Own idea/theme/style/expectations on the outcome
