About this gig
DIGITAL DRAFTING SERVICE ONLY - NO DESIGN
I will transform any sketch, drawing, or conceptual floor plan into digital drawing in Revit (BIM).
For floor plans beyond 1500 sq.ft. (139 sq.m.), please message me ahead. I will send you custom extras. An additional of $5 per 500 sq.ft. will be charged beyond 1500 sq.ft.

I need a .dwg file source, can you draw it in AutoCAD instead?
I can convert .rvt files into .dwg files, too.
Can you provide other technical drawings aside from floor plans?
Yes, I draw elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, blow-up details, and even (exploded) axonometric views! Their rate varies. Please inquire for a proper quote.
Can you draw 3D floor plans for real estate?
Yes! I can do them rendered or in simple black and white. I can also draw 2D rendered floor plans. Just message for a quote!
Do you layout drawings on sheets with title block and texts?
Yes, I do. They are charged separately, depending on the required details to be included. Please inquire for a proper quote.
