When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 24 hours. Scripts over 600 words will take longer. If you would like your order faster, please purchase the "Extra Fast Delivery" gig extra for priority delivery. Please keep in mind that only scripts 500 words or less qualify for Extra Fast Delivery.
What is "Commercial Rights"?
If you intend to use the voice over for ANY business-related purposes, you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights gig extra. More info can be found at: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
What is "Full Broadcast Rights"?
If you intend to broadcast the voice over in paid-marketing commercials on internet, radio, or TV, then the Full Broadcast Rights gig extra must be purchased in addition to the Commercial Rights gig extra. More info can be found at: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
Can I choose my own music if I purchase the Background Music gig extra?
Yes, I'm a licensed member of the royalty-free music website Soundstripe. You can choose any song from their library, or I'm happy to choose a song for you. You can listen to their music library here: https://app.soundstripe.com/music
What audio format do you provide?
Standard audio format is .MP3 (320kbps/441hz/24bit). If you require .WAV format or any other specific export format, please select the "HQ Audio file" gig extra when you place your order.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, if there is a mistake on my end, I will make a revision for no added charge. However, if you change the script after the voice over has already been delivered, there will be additional charge for revisions.
