Do I need to provide my designs or do you create them?
This gig is for sellers who already have designs ready. You provide the design files (PNG at 300 DPI or higher) and I handle the entire technical setup, integration, and listing. If you need designs created, message me and I will recommend the right gig.
Which POD platforms do you integrate with?
I integrate with Printify, Printful, and Gelato. I can also work with Teespring and SPOD on request. Tell me your preferred platform when you order.
What file format do my designs need to be in?
Print-ready PNG files at minimum 300 DPI. If your files are in a different format, message me before ordering and I will tell you if they are compatible.
Do you need my Etsy shop login?
I need you to add me as a manager or collaborator to your Etsy shop. I will send you the exact steps to do this after you order. Your login credentials are never required.
What if I need more products than the package includes?
I offer custom packages for any product count. Message me with the number of products and I will send a custom offer within one hour.
Do you set up shipping and production settings inside Printify or Printful?
Yes. I configure production partner selection, shipping profiles, and fulfillment settings inside your chosen POD platform so orders process automatically without manual action from you.
Can you fix an existing broken Printify or Printful setup?
Yes. If your integration exists but products are not publishing correctly, variants are wrong, or mockups are broken, message me with the specific issue and I will fix it as a custom order.
