A model is easy to buy. A model that survives construction is not. We build from a contractor's perspective, so coordination problems surface in the model instead of in the field.

Premium adds MEP modeling, Navisworks clash detection with a written clash report, and a constructability review flagging what will be difficult or expensive to build as drawn.

That constructability review is the part a modeling service cannot give you. It comes from having built the details we are checking.
