- Critical, production down: response in 2 hours, fix target 2-5 business days

- Major, workaround exists: response in 4 hours, fix target up to 10 business days

- Minor, cosmetic or questions: response in 1 business day, fix in planned releases

Monthly support includes:

- Bug fixing and small improvements

- Dependency, security and OS updates

- Server and application monitoring

- DevOps: deployments, backups, CI/CD

- Monthly report on work and hours used

2. We document what we found and agree on priorities

3. We work monthly within the package hours
