If you have been stuck on the same problem for weeks, your performance has plateaued, or something in your thinking is working against you, you are ready. The one requirement is that you come prepared to be honest and to act.
What happens before the call?
You receive a short intake form covering your situation, your core challenge, and what you have already tried. Anie reviews it in full before the session so no time is wasted on background.
What do I receive after the session?
A written action summary delivered within 24 hours. It captures the key insight, the pattern identified, and your concrete next step.
Can I book more than one session?
