Will you implement the recommendations?
Implementation is not included in this Gig unless agreed separately. This service focuses on diagnosis, process analysis, and recommendations. I can provide a custom offer for implementation if needed.

Yes. I can review the workflow and operating process around your existing system. The audit focuses on how the work is structured and managed, not only the software itself.

Can you work with incomplete or undocumented processes?

How are revisions handled?
