To make a complete Animation:
You will need at least:

- Storyboard/script
- Voiceover

Rigging
Rigging is the process of adding bones and joints to an existing 3d character so they can be posed and animated in the 3d world.
Animation
Animation is the process of making 3d characters move in a 3d world. Actions like; talking, running, walking, dancing, acting, singing, etc
