FAQ
What access do you need from me?
I need read access to your GHL account or a recorded Loom walkthrough of your sending domain settings, smart lists, campaign stats and DNS records (I will tell you exactly what to screen-share). I do not need your login credentials.
Do you guarantee my emails will reach the inbox after the audit?
No. Inbox placement depends on carrier decisions, your sending history, list quality and factors outside any individual audit. What I do is find every technical and list issue that is likely hurting your reputation and give you a clear, prioritized plan to fix them.
Does this work on any GHL plan or white-label?
Yes. The DNS and smart-list methodology is the same whether you are on a standard GoHighLevel plan, a white-label (such as Funnel Freedom or HighLevel sub-accounts), or an agency account.
How long does the audit report take?
Basic is delivered in 2 business days once you have given me access or the Loom. Standard and Premium take 3 and 5 days respectively.
What if my DNS is managed by a third party (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.)?
The report will tell you exactly which records to add or edit and where. I write the instructions for the most common hosts. If yours is unusual, message me first.

I use professional tools including AI to research and draft; every deliverable is written, edited and checked by me and customized to your business. You get a report built for your specific GHL account, not a generic template.
Can I use this to fix an account that has already been flagged by Gmail or Outlook?
The audit will identify the likely causes of a flag. Recovery timelines depend on the severity of the issue and how long it has been active. I will note what is recoverable quickly and what requires a longer warm-up.
What is not included?
This gig covers email deliverability inside GoHighLevel. It does not include writing email copy, rebuilding workflows, A2P SMS registration, or managing your ongoing campaigns. Those are separate gigs.
