I need the address and a list of your requirements
What format will my site plan be in?
You will receive the site plan in PDF format, sized 11"X17". I will also provide a CAD file in case you need it for future work.
How quickly can you prepare a plan?
Basic plans can be ready within 24 hours. More complex projects may require additional time.
Can your plan be used for submitting applications to the city or county?
Yes, my plans are prepared to meet the standards of most U.S. municipalities and are suitable for permit applications. If your city has specific requirements, please let me know in advance.
What if the permit department requests changes?
I offer 2 free revisions. Just send me your comments or requirements, and I will make the necessary changes.
Do you provide certified or signed plans?
No, I do not provide legally certified or stamped plans. However, my documents are suitable for most architectural and construction purposes.
