What is the workflow you follow for a 3d animation?
The workflow is as follows: -Project and requirement review -3d modeling -texturing, shading and lighting -Keying and animation -Composting -Rendering -Voice-over -Compiling and video editing -Delivery for review -Revision if required This is the workflow we follow for a 3d product animation.
What is the Order and Delivery steps/process?
For any project, the order and delivery process is as follows: -Project discussion -Delivery time & Budget discussion -Work on the project -Delivery for review -Revision based on the feedback -Order completion & feedback from you. NB.: We do not start working on any project before getting an order.
What is the Refund Policy?
We ensure the clients' satisfaction before anything else. We only charge our clients once we meet/exceed clients' expectations. We guarantee a full refund if we fail to meet your expectations. For multi-step projects, we only charge for steps that you are satisfied with.
Can you provide a demo animation with my product, before placing order?
NO. Producing a 3d animation requires multiple steps(please check out our workflow), which generally takes 2- 3 days for a rendering. We don't provide a demo of your product before placing an order. We have uploaded some of our previous projects in our portfolio for you. Please check them out!
Can you do phone cases, watches, cosmetics etc. product animation for my website?
Sure! As I have already worked on similar projects before, I will be happy to assist you with similar animation.
Do you do Voice-over on the animation video?
Yes! I add voice-over to the animation video to make it better and more attractive to its audience.
I have a reference video that I like from another seller or from other website. Can you make similar animation?
