I will create urgent storyboard for directors

(1) You provide briefing / instructions for each frame. (2) If necessary, I send you a rough version, so you can approve the basic content. (3) I send you the finished storyboard. (4) You request revisions to make any improvement / correction needed.

The minimum you should provide is a script roughly broken down into the number of frames you require.

(1) Ideally you should provide a shot list. (2) Optional: Reference. It could be just a stick-figure doodle or a Googled image to help me get work done faster, with fewer revisions.

Provided shot list & reference, I can turn around 24 frames per day.

Yes. I have created storyboards in realistic styles as well as cartoon/comic styles. I can draw in whatever style you want. However more detailed style will require more time.

If you provide me with the relevant reference images: location & casting pictures, product shots, logo, etc then of course yes.

I deliver jpeg and png formats, but I can also deliver in pdf format upon request.

I usually make either 6 frames per page or indivdual frames (1 frame per page). But I can put any number of frames on a single A4 size page, 2, 4, 6, 12, you name it.
