Does it work on WhatsApp?
This gig uses Telegram and email, which work today. WhatsApp needs Meta approval for your business number and can be discussed separately.
Are there monthly fees?
No fees to me. The bot runs on your own Google account with a free Google AI key. Very high volumes may need a paid plan from Google.
Can it reply in Arabic?
Yes. It replies in English or Arabic, depending on the language the customer writes in.
Can a real person take over?
Yes. If the customer asks for a human, the bot stops and alerts your staff with the full conversation.
What do I need to provide?
Your services and prices, opening hours, appointment length, and where your leads come from. I handle the rest.
