Hi, I started my yoga journey in 2014 to regain my health. I studied under several teachers in Delhi and Rishikesh. In my own practice I incorporate yogic movements from ancient Indian martial arts such as Kalaripayattu and Kushti. I also practice a lot of restorative poses using props to recover.
