About this gig
A site that looks finished but has no working form and nothing behind it is not finished. It is a picture of a site.
What you get: a Next.js and React front end, responsive and checked on phone, tablet and desktop. A real backend, so forms validate, save to a Postgres database and confirm. Where people log in, a role model enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface. Deployment on Vercel under your own account, and the complete source code with a README.
Running costs are yours and not included. Hosting and the database run on your own accounts: roughly USD 20 to 45 a month depending on the tier, plus a domain if you want one. I tell you the exact setup before you order.
Where a package includes user accounts, people are added by invitation or by an admin. There is no public sign-up and no payments.
How I work. We agree pages, features and content in writing before you order, so price and date are fixed. Part-way through you get a live preview link. On delivery I hand over the repository and walk you through changing content yourself.

Typical work: an app with login, user roles and a database that enforces them, a landing page with a form that writes somewhere real, or an MCP server that lets Claude use your own data and tools.
We agree the scope in writing before you order. You get a working preview part-way through, then the full source code and a short README.

FAQ
Do I need technical knowledge to run it afterwards?
No. It gets deployed to your account and runs there. If you want to change text and images yourself, tell me before we start and I will put the content somewhere you can edit without touching code. The README covers redeploying in plain steps.
Landing page, multi-page site, or app: which do I need?
If you have one offer and one action you want visitors to take, a landing page does the job. Several offers or content that changes often means a multi-page site. If people log in and see their own data, that is an app and starts at Premium. Describe what a user must do and I will tell you.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, the complete repository, with no obfuscation and no license conditions attached. It is deployed under your accounts on your domain. You can hand it to another developer at any point without asking me.
What if my project does not fit a package?
Most do not fit exactly. Message me with the scope and I will send a custom offer with the work written out, a fixed price and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
How does the handover work?
You get a live preview link during the build. On delivery I transfer the repository, deploy it to your hosting account, hand over the environment variables and a README, and show you how to change content and redeploy. Revisions cover what we agreed; new features become a custom offer.
What will it cost me to run every month?
Hosting on Vercel is about USD 20 a month for a commercial site. A managed Postgres database is free to start but pauses after about a week without traffic, so for a live site plan on the paid tier at about USD 25. A domain is separate. You pay these directly, never through me.
