1. What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide sample documents or website URLs, your chatbot’s purpose, preferred AI model, required integrations, and deployment platform.
2. Which data sources do you support?
I support text-based PDF, DOCX and TXT files, along with publicly accessible web pages. Restricted or dynamic websites require review first.
3. Can the RAG system handle hundreds of documents?
If needed, larger document collections can be supported based on review. There is a limit on the number of documents that can be included in each package. Before ordering please message me to confirm setup, time and any extra charge.
4. Which AI models can you integrate?
I can work with OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face, Meta Llama and Ollama. We can select a model based on your accuracy, privacy and budget requirements.
5. Are API, hosting and cloud costs included?
No. LLM API usage, cloud hosting, vector database subscriptions and other paid services are paid directly by the client.
6. Do you provide deployment?
Deployment to one client-owned platform is included in Premium. It can also be purchased as an extra with another package.
7. Can you process scanned PDFs?
Yes, but scanned or image-based PDFs require OCR. OCR can be added as an extra after checking the file quality and page count.
8. Will I receive the source code?
Yes. You will receive the source code for all features included in the selected package, along with the applicable setup instructions.
9. Can you build a private RAG system?
Yes. I can use local models through Ollama or deploy within your own environment. Please discuss any security or compliance requirements before ordering.
10. What is included in a revision?
A revision covers fixes or reasonable adjustments within the original requirements. New features, integrations or data sources require an extra or custom offer.
