Do you need remote access to my firewall?
It depends on the issue. I can review sanitized configurations, logs and screenshots without remote access. Live troubleshooting may require an authorized screen-sharing session or temporary restricted access.
Can you make changes to a production firewall?
Yes, but only with the system owner’s authorization. A current configuration backup, rollback method and approved maintenance window must be available before production changes are made.
Can you guarantee that every issue will be fixed?
I will perform structured root-cause analysis and recommend or implement an appropriate solution. Resolution may depend on hardware condition, licensing, ISP service, remote VPN peers and third-party systems.
What information should I provide before ordering?
Please provide the FortiGate model, FortiOS version, issue description, error messages, recent changes and a sanitized network diagram. Do not send passwords, private keys or VPN pre-shared keys through ordinary messages.
Does one package cover multiple devices or issues?
No. Each package covers one original issue within the selected working hours. Additional devices, separate issues, migrations, complex SD-WAN or HA work require additional hours or a custom offe
