How does the communication process work between us?
We only use Fiverr for communication. Steps we follow: 1) You can contact us with detailed requirements in the inbox. 2) Will review and provide time and cost estimation or discuss open points. 3) After your approval, I will send an offer. 4) After accepting the order, I will start work on tasks.
Basic vs Standard vs Premium Packages
Basic Plan: Only Magento install. Standard Plan: Magento + Cron Job (With default LUMA theme with/without sample data). Premium Plan: Magento + Theme (with/without sample data)) + Cron Job. Note: This gig does not include any design, feature improvement, or data entry work.
What information required to provide a quote or start the task/project?
We require Admin, FTP, and SSH write access. We also require theme and confirmation about sample data should be install or not.
What are the server requirements for Magento 2.3.x and 2.4.x?

What is Sample Data?
1) Sample data is dummy data provided by Theme and/or Magento. If we do not install sample data, we cannot easily make the same demo as the theme provider has shown. 2) Sample data requires a complete database wipe so if we have to install it later, all the current data will be lost!
Can I install or remove sample data later?
Yes, Install or remove sample data late possible. But Install sample data requires a complete database wipe. So installing or removing sample data would require extra time and cost.
There are issues in design after the installation. Will you fix it?
Usually, there are no issues after the installation of a theme. In the case of issues, We recommend contacting theme support as they will provide free support related to the theme issues/bugs. If we debug, it will take some time and will be considered as an extra cost.
I don't like the theme installed in the order. Will you install another theme for free?
If we complete the installation and after that, there are issues in theme or you don't like it, and want to install another theme, the cost will be extra. Because it'll take extra time to remove & install another theme, there will be an additional cost for a new theme installation.
Is CMS pages creation included in this gig?
No, CMS page creation is NOT included in this gig. If sample data is installed, the pages will be created (the same as the theme has provided). If not, the user must make the pages manually. Creation of pages by us will have an extra cost.
What are your work timings and availability?
I work and am available during on Monday to Friday, 10.00-19.00 IST (UTC +5.30). I do not work on weekends unless it's an emergency.
