About this gig

I'm a Magento Certified Developer with over 11 years of experience in PHP based E-commerce development.
This is a CUSTOM GIG for Magento extensions installation and basic configurations.
The Gig plans are,
Basic:
Any Gig Add-on listed which includes the addition of Categories, Products, Email Template Improvement, Create a Sub-admin and Footer Content change.
We can also work on with (as provided) changes to CMS Page, CMS Block, Featured Products, New Products, Best Seller, Up-Sell and Cross-Sell config, Enable Multiple Currency, Change Logo, Meta Information, and more
Standard:
Install any* Magento extension and basic setup + 1 addon from Basic
Examples: FAQ, Contact Form, One Step Checkout, Special Promotions and more...
Premium:
Install any* Magento extension and basic setup with demo + 1 addon from Basic
We will set up a small demo of the extension after the basic settings are done on the admin side.
*IMPORTANT: The gig does not include ANY tasks which are complex, including but not limited to: Shipping, Payment, Marketplace, Major Customization or Configuration

FAQ 1 - Why the delivery time is longer?
The order delivery date is based on our work schedule. Usually, we deliver much faster than the time mentioned.
FAQ 2 - Are the Weekends included in the Delivery Date?
No, Weekends are not included. We do not work on weekends and due to that, the Delivery date will be adjusted according to that. Rest assured that we work usually faster and deliver much faster than the actual deadline.
FAQ 3 - Why should I not order the gig directly without discussion?
I highly recommend to contact me before ordering the gig for accurate estimations and information on which gig to order, based on the requirements. It will also reduce a potentially long waiting/communication time in case the requirements and gigs are mismatched, in case of the direct order.
FAQ 4 - What would happen If the gig is ordered directly?
If the gig is ordered without discussion, and the task is not covered in the Gig or is a high priced task, you must order the gig extra.
FAQ 5 - What information is required before starting the order?
The exact task requirements in detail. If the changes are from the admin side only: Magento website URL, Admin credentials. If the changes are in code: Admin details, Website URL, CPanel/sFTP & DB, and SSH credentials (with write access)
FAQ 6 - Do you work with Team Viewer or Screen Sharing?
Apologies but I do NOT work with Team Viewer or Screen Sharing software.
FAQ 7 - Do you provide Magento teaching/training service?
Apologies but I do NOT provide teaching/training service online.
FAQ 8 - Does the order include any bugs/issues faced after extension installation?
If there are bugs/issues faced after the installation of the extension, we will contact the extension developer. If they do not provide any service/solution, we can try to debug but the cost for that will be extra.
