Because English is not his first language, we had to exchange messages back and forth quite a few times before he understood what I wanted. But I still gave him 5 stars on communication because he worked very hard to understand what I wanted - his answer was to quickly draft his understanding and send to me, then we iterated. In the end I got what I wanted!
