FAQ
Do I need to buy hosting, or is it included?
Your site can go live free on Vercel — fast, secure, and included in every package. If you prefer Hostinger or GoDaddy, you'll purchase hosting directly (usually $3–10/month) and I'll set it up and deploy for you at no extra charge.
Do I need a domain name? Can you help me get one?
Yes, you'll need your own domain (e.g. yourclinic.com), bought from GoDaddy, Namecheap or Hostinger for roughly $10–15/year. I'll guide you step by step on choosing and purchasing it, then connect it to your site.
Why do I have to buy the domain and hosting myself?
So you own them outright. If I bought them under my account, you'd depend on me for renewals and access. Buying in your own name means full control — and I'll walk you through every step so it's simple.
Can you connect a domain I already own?
Absolutely. Just share access to your domain registrar and I'll configure the DNS records and SSL certificate. Your site will be live on your domain, secured with HTTPS.
What technology do you build with?
React and Next.js — the same stack used by modern, high-performance sites. Your website will load fast, score well on Google PageSpeed, and rank better for local dental searches than typical page-builder sites.
Can I edit the website myself afterwards?
Yes. Premium includes a content dashboard where you update text, images, services and opening hours yourself — no coding. On Basic and Standard you can add it as an extra, or just message me your edits and I'll make them.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your clinic name, logo, services list, team photos, address and contact details. Don't have content ready? No problem — I'll write professional placeholder text you can replace later.
Can you add an online appointment booking system?
Yes. It's included in Standard and Premium, and available as an extra on Basic. Patients book directly from your site and you get instant notifications. Works with Calendly, Cal.com or your existing booking tool.
What happens after the site goes live?
I'll send you a short handover guide plus login access to everything. Premium includes 30 days of post-launch support for small fixes and edits, and it's available as an add-on for other packages.
How is patient information handled on the contact form?
The contact form collects only name, phone, email and a short message — no health information. Submissions go straight to your inbox and aren't stored on the site. Appointment booking runs through Calendly or Cal.com, so patient data stays with a provider built for it.
