Should I contact you before ordering, and where do I ship my product?
Yes. Please message me before ordering or shipping. Our studio is in Poland, Europe. You can ship directly to us or use U.S. / China forwarding options. I’ll confirm the best package, shipping route and custom quote if needed.
Who is this Gig Ideal For? Which Package Do You Recommend?
Best for Amazon FBA sellers, Brand Registry sellers and premium brands. Basic works if you need one visual area first. Standard is best for most brand launches. Premium is for brands with Premium A+ access that want stronger storytelling, hero image A/B testing and conversion-focused visuals.
Do You Offer Other Models for photos, videos?
Absolutely. I’m the lead female model, but I can add a male model, kid models (extra $), dogs, cats or even AI-generated talent if needed :) Contact me for any special requirements.

Can You Purchase My Product from Amazon?
Yes, if your product can be shipped to my location. The cost includes the product price, shipping and Fiverr’s 20% fee. Message me before ordering.
Are revisions included, and can I change the concept after delivery?
Yes. Revisions are included based on the package, and you have 7 days for complimentary changes. Revisions cover refinements within the approved concept. A new direction, new scene, new infographic or changed brief requires a custom quote.
Are all products, props and special setups included in the package price?
Package prices cover standard products, simple setups and standard editing. Small props may be included when possible. Food, special props, jewelry, glass, reflective products, complex setups, extra locations or advanced retouching may need a custom quote.
What Image Formats and Dimensions Do You Provide?
The default is a JPG format with square photos and infographics at 2000x2000 pixels. For other specifications, please communicate before order commencement or specify your requirements in the order message.
Will You Return My Product? How Long Do You Retain My Products?
Products can be returned only with a prepaid label (from Poland). Products are kept for up to 30 days post-order completion. Need longer? Just let me know.
Can you create listing images without a physical photoshoot?
