FAQ
What do you need to get started?
Access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) to set up DNS records, and collaborator/staff access to your Shopify store to verify the connection.
How long does it take for the domain to start working?
The configuration itself takes 15–20 minutes. Most domains go live within 1–2 hours, though in rare cases DNS propagation across the web can take up to 24 hours.
Will my Shopify store go offline during the process?
No, your store will stay completely safe and operational with zero downtime.
