Why doesn’t my Amazon payout match my sales?
Amazon deducts FBA fees, referral fees, refunds, and ad costs before paying you, and pays out in settlement periods that don’t line up with calendar months. I break each settlement into its parts so every difference is explained.
Do I need A2X?
Not always. I can book settlements without it, or set up or fix A2X if you use it. A2X has its own subscription fee, which you pay to them directly.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Please invite me as an accountant user in QuickBooks, and share your settlement reports or read-only Seller Central access. You stay in control and can remove my access at any time.
Do you handle more than one Amazon marketplace?
Yes. And you can add more as an extra. Message me first to confirm yours.
What if I find a mistake after delivery?
Revisions are included in every package. Tell me what looks wrong and I will fix it within your revision limit.
