What happens once I place an order?
I’ll send you a simple questionnaire, so I can get to know your goals and write you the best copy. You'll be asked about your hotel, your guests and any existing email marketing efforts. Once I receive this information, we hop on a 30-min call to build a high-impact email marketing strategy.
What happens after the strategy call?
You sit back while I write your story-rich, conversational email copy. Once it's ready, I'll send it over to you. This is where you'll share your feedback, I'll fine-tune your emails, and then your brand new copy is ready to roll!
What is your revision policy?
Once you share your feedback, I'll tweak whatever is needed to make sure you copy is on point. Please note that it does not cover changes to scope. You'll also have an option to book a review-and-edit call to go through your comments together (and get you from first draft to final draft QUICKLY).
Will you also help me send and track my email campaigns?
Absolutely! I offer complementary support to help you run your campaigns and analyse their performance.
Can you write in American/British/Australian/Canadian English?
Naturally! I used to work as a translator, so I'm well-versed in localizing (see what I did there?) your writing. That being said, I can't promise that I'll know ALL the obscure regional references or sports-related idioms. So I'm counting on you to help me get to know your brand voice.
What is your copyright policy?
After project completion, I grant a limited, non-exclusive copyright license that reserves my right to to use the provided copy as a portfolio sample unless you request otherwise. Your copy will not be used for any other purpose.
