I have learned in life that we need to listen carefully to those around us, in our work and personal lives.

I have learned that listening deeply and empathetically is very difficult, but also very motivating.

And if help or a smile can come from intense, active listening, then I am ready to listen.

Whether it is the creation of a new idea, a poem to read to a stranger, a let-off or a joke, I will be your favorite listener.
