Contact me before ordering. I will calculate an exact price for you
What information or materials do I need to provide to create the floor plan?
I will need a floor plan sketch (even hand drawn), the property photos and video or a 360 virtual tour (if you have them)
Can you create floor plans if I can't provide exact dimensions?
Yes! While having exact measurements is ideal, I can work without them, using the property photos or a video to create an approximate floor plan that effectively communicates your space's layout.
Can the floor plan be updated if I make changes to my property later?
Yes! I keep all client projects on file, so I can provide updates when needed for an additional fee. This approach saves you money compared to ordering entirely new floor plans from another specialist.
Is it still possible to make changes to the delivered floor plan if I am not satisfied with the result?
If you are not completely satisfied with the result, we can of course make changes until you are completely satisfied.
What software do you use?
I am using ArchiCad, SketchApp, Lumion, AdobePhotoshop and Procreate
