Can you work in my time zone?
Yes! I’m available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM in any U.S. time zone. I’ll adjust my schedule to match yours.
Do you need training before starting?
A: I already have experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, so I can adapt quickly. If you use specific software or have a unique workflow, I’ll review your process during the onboarding step.
What tools do you use?
I’ve worked with Adobe, Exel,Google Sheets, SalesForce, GoHigh-level, Ring Central, Mojo and loan processing platforms. I’m flexible and open to using the tools your team already has in place.
Is client communication included
Yes. I can handle client emails, follow-ups, and even phone calls (if preferred). I’ll keep everything professional and organized.
What happens after the first month?
For the first month, I can offer an introductory rate of $900 or any of the other gigs so you can see how I work. If you’d like to continue after that, my standard full-time monthly rate is $1,000-$1,300.
Do you guarantee confidentiality?
Yes. I fully understand the importance of compliance with U.S. mortgage regulations and the need to protect sensitive client data. All borrower information, loan documents, and communications are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
