Ill work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (any U.S. time zone) as your dedicated remote loan officer assistant based on the number of weekly hours you select or feel you need.
This gig applies to supporting one loan officer. If you need assistance for additional loan officers, an extra fee will apply depending on the workload.

A: Yes. I’m fully voice-capable and comfortable calling U.S. borrowers for follow-ups, intake, reminders, and appointment scheduling.
Q: Can I adjust the weekly hours after ordering?
A: Yes. We can scale up or down depending on your workflow, lead volume, or loan pipeline needs.
Q:Do you need training before starting?
A: I already have experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, so I can adapt quickly. If you use specific software or have a unique workflow, I’ll review your process during the onboarding step.
Q: Do you guarantee confidentiality?

Q: Do you provide loan advice or underwriting services?
A: No. I do not provide underwriting, rate discussion, or any licensed mortgage advice. My role is strictly administrative and supportive: I help gather, organize, and verify the completeness of borrower documents, track conditions, update CRMs, and ensure the loan pipeline stays organized and effi

A: Weekdays are standard, but weekend hours may be available for an added fee depending on your workload.
Q: Can you work in my time zone?
A: Yes! I’m available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM in any U.S. time zone. I’ll adjust my schedule to match yours.
