What language will the case study be delivered in?
By default, I write the case study in Dutch. Prefer English? No problem — just let me know when you order.
Do I need to interview the client myself?
No, I’ll take care of the full interview. I’ll set up the video call and guide the conversation to get the right insights and quotes.
How do you make sure the case study fits my brand?
Depending on the package, I’ll send you a short questionnaire or set up an intake call to match tone of voice, style, and angle.
What if I don’t have much time for input?
No worries — I’ll structure the process so it’s easy for you. You just approve the outline and help connect me to your client.
Why does it take so much time?
The timing depends on your customer’s availability — especially for the interview and feedback rounds. Sometimes things move fast, and sometimes people need a bit more time. I’ve set the delivery time to 21 days to be safe, but you’ll often receive it much sooner.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes! I love AI tools and use them to help structure and streamline the process, but every case study is meticulously edited by me. That means your story is always personal, well-written, and aligned with your brand.
