Dear soul,
the inner child is very honest and shows us what is blocked and what wants to be lived.
When we are connected to our inner child, we are connected to divine wisdom.
There are many reasons why our relationship to our inner child is blocked.
But we can heal this relationship. I guide my clients through this individual process and help them to live a healthy relationship to their inner child and the wishes of their souls.
Why live sessions?
- Because every soul and every process is unique.
- Because it is not easy to go alone through emotional processes.
- Because you can learn then how to heal yourself.

Why in-person sessions?
Every human is individual. A healing process always includes the physical body, the motional body and the mental body. During in-person sessions we can explore body reactions, suppressed emotions and blocking beliefs and relief them.
Do I have to put my camera on?
No. It is nice for me to see, with who I work, but if you feel more comfortable and open, you can turn your camera off.
Do I get recommendations after the session?
Of course. Healing is a journey. i will give you recommendations what you can do to continue you healing process.
What is the base/technique of the work?
The method has its roots in yogic healing and combines energy work, chakra activation, self-discovery, and heart healing. The goal is to (re)establish the flow of energy in the body and to (re)establish the heart's fulfillment and lightness in life.
How is Brigitte working?
Mindfulness, respect, and a safe space are paramount, because only then can the soul open. Brigitte guides you step by step into the vitality of the heart and energy. The focus is on you discovering yourself, gaining your own insights, and learning to heal yourself.
