Do I need to ship my product to you?
Not necessarily. If you have a sample and can easily send it to us, then we can shoot it at different angles and create original content for you. This method is preferred, but if you don't have a sample, not to worry, just send us some images and we'll get you going!
How long is the final video?
According to ecommerce experts, shorter videos convert better, so we recommend 30-60 seconds. But if you need a little longer, no problem, just let us know.
