I will reverse engineer your 3D scan, STL, OBJ or mesh file into a precise, fully editable STEP solid CAD model, built for CNC machining, 3D printing and injection molding.
This is not an automatic mesh-to-STEP conversion. I manually rebuild the geometry in SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or Geomagic Design X, based on your scan data, design intent and manufacturing needs.

What files do I need to send you?
Send your 3D scan, STL, OBJ, PLY or mesh file. If you don’t have a scan, send clear photos, 2D drawings or sketches with key dimensions, and I can model from those.
What file formats will I receive?
STEP / STP as standard. I can also deliver SLDPRT, IGES, Parasolid (.x_t), STL, DWG, DXF and PDF drawings. Tell me which one you need before ordering.
Is this an automatic STL to STEP conversion?
No. I manually rebuild the geometry from your scan data and design intent, so you get a clean solid model with real features (holes, fillets, bosses), not a bumpy faceted conversion.
Will the CAD model be editable?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include a parametric model with a feature tree, so you can change dimensions and features in SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
