What software are you using to build the template?
Nothing fancy. I will be using excel for flexibility and easy succession.
Can I modify dimensions eg, vs last year or vs plan to the spreadsheets myself?
Yes, the spreadsheet will be structured in an easily modifiable format. However. if you wish to add dimensions, just add $25 for each dimension
You don't know about my company. How can I be sure that you will know the areas of emphasis of the Budgeting template?
I provide ample consult sessions. The sessions are meant for me to understand your requirements. Alternatively, you can email me as well. Emails are good too. You can send me your regular monthly management reports and this will give me an idea and provide you additional recommendations.
How will I know that you will not divulge my company information to competitors or for your own benefits?
I am a Certified Public Accountant bound by the bye-laws of the institute to ensure confidentiality. Any breach will subject me to disciplinary actions, and/or suspension from the body.
What kind of after sales support do you provide for the template?
This is generally a one-off support but yes, you can email me with questions even after the delivery period has ended. I will try my very best to answer.
You are charging a very low price for such a service. What's in it for you?
I'm a Certified Public Accountant who moved into full-time freelancing selling my consults. I do need to keep adding value for business owners like yourself to maintain my CPE for my professional status. Providing you premium support at a nominal price is one good way of doing that.
