Which languages do you use for analysis?
Mainly R and python, but I also work in julia and MATLAB. If needed, I can also work in MS Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS and STATA.
How do you visualize the results?
For R, I use ggplot2. For python, I use matplotlib and seaborn, For dynamic figures, I use plotly (dynamic figures) in R/python For interactive figures, I make HTML widgets via plotly
How can you guide me in my research?
I have helped numerous BS and MS students in designing their experiments because as a biomathematician, I am able to analyze perspectives which pure biology students may miss.
My dataset is sensitive (e.g. PHI), what to do now?
Describe the dataset to me (variables, ranges, etc) and I will run the analysis on synthetic data which you can then reproduce on your data.
I'm writing a paper and need figures for my analysis, but what about CRediT?
If you want to I wont stop you (its a publish or perish world after all), but by default there is NO NEED for you to acknowledge me in the publication in any way or form.
