What do I need to provide before you start?
You need to provide root or sudo SSH access to your VPS. I will need your server IP address, SSH port and username. Never share passwords in the order requirements — send them securely via Fiverr message after the order starts.
Which Linux distributions do you support?
I support Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04, Debian 10 and 11, CentOS 7 and 8 and AlmaLinux 8 and 9. If you are running a different distro message me before ordering.
What does the Basic $5 package include?
The Basic package covers SSH key authentication hardening, UFW firewall configuration and system updates only. For Nginx, SSL, fail2ban and full production setup please order Standard or Premium.
Will you document the changes you make?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include full documentation of every change made to your server so you always know what was done and how to manage it going forward.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Premium package includes 7 days post delivery support. For Basic and Standard I am available via message to help troubleshoot any issues related to the work delivered.
