What information do you need to start testing?
I will need access to the application (URL or APK file), login credentials for different user roles, and a brief overview of the core features you want tested. Any existing documentation or user flows will also be helpful.
What format will the bug report be in?
You will receive a detailed bug report in Excel or Google Sheets format including bug title, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, severity, priority and screenshots for each bug found.
Do you test both Android and iOS?
Yes I test on both Android and iOS platforms. Please mention your target platform when placing the order so I can prepare accordingly.
What if I need more revisions?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. If you need additional revisions beyond your package limit you can purchase the Additional Revision extra for $5 per revision.
Can you test my API as well?
Yes API testing is included in the Standard and Premium packages. I use Postman to validate REST API endpoints, request and response payloads, headers and error handling.
