I primarily transcribe in English. If you need transcription in any other language, please contact me before placing an order so I can confirm if I can meet your requirements.
What is your turnaround time for transcription?
Typically, it takes 4-6 minutes to transcribe 1 minute of audio. The delivery time depends on the audio length, quality, and the package you choose. I always deliver within or before the deadline.
Do you include timestamps in the transcription?
Yes! If you need timestamps, please mention it when placing your order or in your message. I can add timestamps in various formats such as every 5 minutes, at every speaker change, or every 30 seconds based on your preference.
What if the audio quality is poor?
If the audio quality is very poor and difficult to understand, I will inform you beforehand. In such cases, transcription may take longer or some parts may remain incomplete. For best results, please provide clear and high-quality audio.
Do you identify speakers in the transcription?
Yes! I label each different voice as a separate speaker (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc.). If you have the names of the speakers, please share them with me so I can label them accordingly.
