What file types can you use?
PDF, Word (.docx), text/Markdown, and web pages. I can also crawl your help center directly.
Will it make up answers?
No — that's the point. If the answer isn't in your documents it says "I couldn't find that, please contact us." I prove this in the accuracy report.
Can I update the docs later?
Yes. On my monthly plan I refresh your docs and re-run the accuracy test. One-time buyers can send updates too.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your documents run in an isolated setup and are never used to train any model. Deleted on request.
