I will design concrete slab, beam, column and foundation structure
About this Gig
Looking for a complete, code-compliant concrete structural design you can hand straight to your contractor? I design reinforced concrete slabs, beams, columns, and foundations for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings accurate, safe, and ready for construction.
What you get:
- Structural analysis and design per ACI 318, Eurocode 2, or BS 8110
- Slab, beam, column, and footing/foundation design with reinforcement details
- Load calculations (dead, live, wind, seismic as applicable)
- Detailed structural drawings (plans, sections, rebar schedules)
- Design using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, or SAP2000
I focus on structures that are safe, material-efficient, and easy for contractors to build without confusion or costly rework. Every design is based on your actual architectural layout and loading conditions not generic assumptions.
Send me your architectural drawings and project details, and I'll deliver a complete, buildable concrete structural design.

FAQ
1. Which design code do you use for concrete design?
I work with ACI 318 (US), Eurocode 2 (EU/UK), or BS 8110, tell me your project location or preferred code and I'll design accordingly.
2. Will I receive structural drawings, or only calculations?
Both; you'll get detailed calculations plus construction-ready structural drawings with dimensions and rebar schedules.
3. Can you design for seismic or high-wind zones?
Yes, seismic and wind load analysis can be included, this is available as an add-on or built into the Premium package.
4. What files do I need to send you to get started?
Architectural drawings (floor plans/elevations), building use/occupancy, location (for load codes), and any known load requirements. If you don't have all of this, send what's available and I'll help determine the rest.
