What format will the photos be delivered in?
I will deliver the photos in high resolution JPG format. PNG is also possible if required.
Where do I ship my products and will I get them back?
You'll be shipping to Ontario, Canada and I will provide you an exact address. If you'd like to get the products back you will need to provide a return shipping label.
Do you offer re-shoots?
I will communicate and get the exact details of your needs up front so that there should be no confusion. I provide revisions on editing and will do a re-shoot if there is an error on my side. However I will not do re-shoots for "errors" that were not communicated up front.
